Online Class Success
To learn as much as you can through this online training class, we encourage you to:
- Test your system & try a test session. The live virtual classes will use Zoom. You may need to download software to participate.
- To satisfy continuing education requirements, each participant must attend using their unique login URL from a computer or tablet.
- Mark your calendar. Live virtual classes start at 9:00 am and reconvene in the afternoon each day. All times refer to the Eastern Time Zone.
- Ask questions. The Education team is here to help and provide assistance.

About Residential Training
This two day live online Residential Training course is designed for paraprofessionals, settlement agents, and support staff who are new to the real estate closing environment or looking to refresh their skills. Participants will gain a solid understanding of the residential closing process, essential documentation, workflow coordination, and best practices for supporting agents and clients throughout a transaction.
